In my Kitchen...


Nuts will be used in this kitchen and recipes containing them will be indicated on the menu.

Desserts will be produced on a cake board and in a cake box to transfer to your own dish.

All my desserts must be put into your fridge or freezer as soon as you get home.

From time to time new desserts will be introduced to account for the different seasons and fruits available.


About POSH PUDS...

For quite some time I’ve wanted to start a homemade desserts business and the name has been in my head for many years. I had a similar business with another Sarah in the early 2000’s called Top Tarts which we loved and only stopped because I became involved in disaster relief work.

So, 18 years later and here I am, hoping I can give you a taste of  Wales with my delicious homemade menu. Many of these recipes are good old faithfuls with my own twist to them and some secret touches too. All contain top quality local ingredients - Welsh Milk, Butter, Eggs, Cream - when available and if I find other local products I can use – I will!

All orders must be made 48 hours in advance.

Number 1 & 2 may be available  with less notice.

Collection from my house at 5pm unless otherwise arranged.

The boxes and containers for the sauces are 100% recyclable.

I am aiming to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Driving into Knighton on the Ludlow road, go over the speed bumps, ignore the Prestigne Road on the left but take the next left turn  opposite the garage. Passed a row of houses on the right and a small Close on the right and follow the wooden fence till it turns right down Larkey Lane. Greenacre is the first  house down on the right through black gates.

8. Banoffee Pie - D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S!!

Couldn‘t wait to tuck into Sarah’s mouthwatering Banoffee pie.

Layers of crunchy biscuit base and fresh banana are complimented by beautifully sticky toffee that melts deliciously in your mouth.

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better you discover a secret sheet of luscious chocolate!

Yummy with a capital Y and a real treat for any occasion.

Definitely worth the 4 mile run afterwards to work of the cream topping

12. Lemon Cheesecake - “The base was incredible. Probably my favourite bit. The ‘cheesecake’ tasted so creamy and lemony but didn’t leave you feeling overindulged because there was also a lightness to it. I would definitely eat this again, it was a lot nicer and fresher than the vegan cheesecake you can buy at Waitrose.”
